To build Kissan Kahani into a meaningful gardening ecosystem, we focused on understanding how people currently approach home gardening and farming, and what holds them back from growing their own food. The goal was to identify why many individuals struggle to start or continue gardening despite interest in sustainability and self-grown food.

Through feedback from home gardeners, small farmers, and agriculture enthusiasts, along with market behavior insights, a few clear gaps emerged: lack of proper guidance for beginners, difficulty in accessing quality seeds and tools, and absence of a supportive community where people can learn and grow together.

Based on these insights, Kissan Kahani was developed as a complete gardening ecosystem that brings knowledge, tools, and community support together in one place.
